Professional Support Agreement Upgrade From Personal to Professional The Audacity Support Agreement provides Audacity users several types of support to protect your software purchase. It includes software updates, registration code support, and technical support via email. There is one constant with software; It constantly changes. New hardware requires changes, bugs are uncovered, new features envisioned, and expectations change. We continue to develop and Audacity continues to evolve. We want you to be able to take advantage of the new versions. Our updates are free during your Support Agreement. Registration codes are a pain for everyone, but they are the only way we can control our considerable investment. Sometimes they get lost or need to be reassigned. We are here to help. Technology is great, but when it doesn't work, it can be frustrating. We do know the product very well and are here to help. In
order to provide this support, we do need to get paid. Our fees
