To
upgrade to the latest version of Audacity Pro DVR software:
Download
the trial (demo) version.
There
is no charge for registered users with a current support
agreement. For those with an expired support agreement there
is a charge of $20.00 to upgrade to version 4.25, Current
support agreements include free upgrades, registration code
support, and email technical support for a full year. Go
to http://www.audacityaudio.com/upgrades.htm to purchase
or extend your support agreement. Your new registration
code will be sent to you via e-mail within one business
day.
Make
a note of your LAM registration code. You may need to re-enter
it.
Install
the latest file you just downloaded.
If
you have a problem after installing the new code, try uninstalling
the program and reinstalling before contacting support.

Personal or Basic versions)

your current product and the product you want to upgrade
to, and your e-mail address
You
will receive a PayPal request for payment for the difference
in price between what you paid for your current product
and the new product. Upon fullfillment of the request for
payment, you will be sent the necessary registration code(s).
Note that the Palm User ID must be the same as was originally
registered.
