Audacity Personal - Installation Instructions - PPC

Download the software from the appropriate link below.

To install via a Windows based PC:

Click HERE to Download Software for Installation via a Windows-based PC

  • Unzip the downloaded software file.
  • Run the enclosed .exe file.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts.
  • Accept the default settings.
  • When the setup program finishes, close the setup program.
  • A Manual can be found on your PC in C:\Program Files\Audacity Personal DVR PPC.

Note: The programs must be installed to Internal Memory

  • Unzip the downloaded software file.
  • Copy the three CAB files to your PDA.
  • Copy the Manual to the location of your choice on your hard drive.
  • Using File Explorer, locate the three CAB files you just copied and double-tap each one to install. The CAB file will automatically be deleted upon completion of its installation.
